Each plan includes a set number of vehicles, user seats and document storage. You pay a flat monthly price, plus a per-vehicle overage rate if you exceed the included vehicle count.

What happens if I go over my included vehicles?

On Essentials, Professional and Business, extra vehicles are billed at your plan's rate — $3.00, $2.00 and $1.50 per vehicle per month. Starter has no additional-vehicle charge: it supports up to 10 vehicles, and you upgrade to Essentials to add more.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your workspace, and your invoice is prorated automatically.

Is annual billing available?

Yes. Switch the billing toggle to annual to see discounted yearly pricing for every plan.

Which plan includes the FMCSA Accident Register?

The accident register and its PDF/Excel exports are included with every plan, along with document management and expiration alerts.
